Day-2 Interactive Session at ICADL 2022
Community Meeting: Roundtable to Exchange and Share our Views for the Future
16:50 – 18:20 (Hanoi time, UTC+7), December 1, 2022
The aim of this session is to provide a forum for discussion among all participants – from those participants who are new to this community to those who have long experiences and are leading the community. This interactive session will invite several senior people and young/new participants as a panelist.
This session will be open to all registered participants either onsite or online. ICADL 2022 welcomes everybody who wants to discuss up-to-date and future issues for the community of digital library research and development.
Topics to be discussed at the session are including but not limited to,
- benefits of this conference for your regional and/or professional/scholarly communities,
- improvement of the visibility of the conference, e.g., cooperation with international journals,
- cooperation with communities which have important roles for DL research, e.g. iSchools, JCDL/TPDL, and A-LIEP,
- styles of the conference after COVID-19,
- characteristics which make ICADL well recognized and/or help developments of the regional community(-ies)
